SheShe Design offers live event lettering and personalization services for weddings, corporate events, brand activations, private parties, and special occasions.

Services may include:

• Live calligraphy

• On-site engraving

• Hot foil personalization

• Guest name personalization

• Product personalization

• Place cards

• Gift tags

• Bags, pouches, ornaments, bottles, or other event items

Booking

Live event services are booked based on availability.

A non-refundable deposit or booking fee may be required to reserve your date. Your event is not officially booked until the required payment has been received and project details have been confirmed.

Event Details

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including:

• Event date

• Event time

• Venue address

• Parking/loading information

• Guest count or estimated quantity

• Items to be personalized

• Surface/material details

• Brand guidelines, if applicable

• Timeline and setup needs

Client-Provided Items

If items are provided by the client or brand, I will take the best care when working on them.

However, not all surfaces are ideal for calligraphy, engraving, foil, ink, or paint. SheShe Design is not responsible for manufacturing defects, coating issues, surface flaws, breakage, or unexpected reactions on client-provided items.

It is strongly recommended that extra items be provided for testing and backup.

Quantity and Timing

Live personalization is completed by hand and requires time per item.

The number of items completed during an event depends on the service type, item surface, design complexity, guest flow, and event duration.

SheShe Design will provide guidance on realistic quantities before the event whenever possible.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Because live event bookings reserve a specific date and time, deposits and booking fees are non-refundable.

If an event needs to be rescheduled, I will do our best to accommodate the new date based on availability. Additional fees may apply.

Travel and Setup

Travel, setup, parking, lodging, or other event-related fees may apply depending on the location and scope of the event.

These details will be included in your quote or proposal when applicable.
