RETURN & REFUND POLICY


At SheShe Design, many of the items and services offered are custom, handmade, personalized, or digital in nature. Because of this, our return and refund policies vary depending on the type of product or service purchased.

Please read the details below before placing an order or booking a service.

Physical Products

Physical products may include items such as prints, cards, stickers, chalkboards, signs, banners, lettering kits, or other handmade goods.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.

Custom Orders

Because custom orders are created specifically for each client, all custom orders are final sale once the design process has begun or materials have been ordered.

Custom orders may include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom chalkboards

  • Custom signs

  • Wedding or event signage

  • Hand-lettered banners

  • Envelope addressing

  • Place cards

  • Menus

  • Seating charts

  • Personalized gifts

  • Custom artwork

  • Commissioned lettering pieces

Due to the personalized nature of these items, custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Digital Products

All digital products are final sale and non-refundable due to the instant access nature of these items.

Digital products may include:

  • Practice sheets

  • Printable guides

  • Digital workbooks

  • Templates

  • Online courses

  • Downloadable files

  • Lettering or calligraphy resources

Workshops, Classes, and Events

Workshop tickets and class registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

If you are unable to attend a workshop, please contact me as soon as possible. Depending on the situation and timing, I may be able to offer a transfer to another person, a credit toward a future workshop, or access to materials if applicable.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Live Event Services

Deposits or booking fees for live event services are non-refundable, as they reserve the date and time on my calendar.

Live event services may include:

  • On-site calligraphy

  • Engraving

  • Hot foil personalization

  • Brand activations

  • Wedding or corporate event lettering

  • Guest personalization services

Final payment terms and cancellation details will be outlined in your individual proposal or invoice.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
