Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the type of order.

Ready-to-ship products typically ship within 3–7 business days.

Custom orders, handmade items, signage, and commissioned work may require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be shared during the ordering or booking process.

During busy seasons, holidays, workshop launches, or large order periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier. Shipping options and costs may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Shipping Delays

SheShe Design is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses, lost packages, or delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package appears delayed or lost, please first check the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier directly. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to help point you in the right direction.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

SheShe Design is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 business days of delivery at ashley@sheshedesign.com.

Please include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging
A brief description of the issue

We will review the damage and determine the best solution.

Shipping Large Chalkboards or Signs

For custom chalkboards or large signs, shipping details will be discussed before your project begins.

If you are shipping a chalkboard or sign to SheShe Design for custom lettering, the customer is responsible for shipping the item to us. Unless otherwise agreed upon, SheShe Design will cover or arrange return shipping as outlined in your project quote or agreement.
